Dallas, Texas, April 18, 2022 McapMediaWire Vaycaychella, Inc. (OTC Pink: VAYK) announced today that the company has released its 2021 annual report.

“2021 has been a major year for VAYK,” said CEO Bill Justice. “Our alternative financing app for buying Airbnb-like short-term vacation rental properties just received major validation in the form of a notable new competitor – Jeff Bezos. He backed Arrived Homes who recently announced to offer fractional investment in rental properties. I’m proud to say that we had this vision first. I’m not worried about the competition. The market is a big place. The competition is healthy. It validates our direction. It attracts more attention in the market, and I think we have a few tricks up our sleeve that differentiate us.

VAYK is a start-up company developing a portfolio of technology solutions to further democratize participation in the tourism market, providing more opportunities for individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). VAYK helps individuals and SMEs get started in the Airbnb business. The VAYK Award-winning alternative Peer-To-Peer (P2P) financing application is designed to help individuals and SMEs access alternative purchase financing to secure short-term vacation rental properties.

VAYK recently announced that the company intends to release the next version of its Award-winning alternative Peer-To-Peer (P2P) financing application later this month in April.

The new app coming later this month is designed to be integrated with the ability for individuals and SME operators to launch and list cryptocurrencies, where proceeds from cryptocurrency sales are used to fund purchasing short-term vacation rental properties and financing other short-term start-up expenses for a vacation rental business. Cryptocurrency holders will have a repayable economic interest in the short-term vacation rental business.

To support cryptocurrency integration, VAYK recently acquired a cryptocurrency exchange.

VAYK plans to release a detailed management update on the company’s latest progress and plans later this week on Thursday, April 21, 2022.
